What you'll do

Leading development of ServiceNow strategies aligned with business goals.
Contributing to solution design, including effort estimation and cost-benefit analysis.
Gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders for ServiceNow solutions.
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications according to best practices.
Providing technical guidance on platform capabilities and application design.
Supporting full delivery lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and training.

What we're looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules in ServiceNow.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Technical proficiency with web technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services).
Experience as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
