Senior Collaboration Services Engineer

What you'll do

• Define solution architecture for Copilot and agentic deployments, ensuring governance, security, scalability.
• Integrate Gemini Enterprise with Microsoft 365 services to ensure seamless interoperability across platforms.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for agent platforms like Gemini Enterprise, aligning with enterprise DevOps standards.
• Identify and implement performance tuning opportunities to improve maintainability of agentic solutions.
• Guide junior engineers and lead technical discussions on platform-level engineering decisions.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance policies and licensing requirements in enterprise environments.
• Drive adoption of Copilot and related services to enhance productivity and decision-making across business units.

What we're looking for

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook/Email, and Viva Insights.
• Expertise in Gemini Enterprise, Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong understanding of licensing models and enterprise deployment strategies.
• Experience with scripting, automation, and integration using Power Platform, PowerShell, Python.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, compliance best practices in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex agentic implementations and multi-team coordination.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI and productivity platform implementations.
