Service Line Sales Executive, Software Engineering Group, Technology Domain

What you'll do

• Lead Cognizant’s SEG offerings in market and set growth strategy.
• Develop client strategies and transformation roadmaps with internal teams.
• Generate leads, manage pipelines, and develop proposals for new business.
• Engage CXO-level clients to close new deals and expand existing accounts.
• Present account pipeline updates and executive status reports regularly.

What we're looking for

• Over 5 years of senior-level application services sales experience with a strong track record in digital/cloud/AI solutions.
• Proven ability to grow business through tailored strategies and strong client relationships at COO/C-suite levels.
• Solid understanding of technology industry trends, including software product engineering, agile methodologies, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise application modernization using microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with highly diverse teams, including conflict resolution and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with digital transformation drivers and enablers within companies.
