What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the AFNCR ITS Catalog in collaboration with UX Manager.
  • Implement Performance Measurement Plans to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Oversee Field Operations program office, establishing standard processes and frameworks.
  • Analyze internal work center processes for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Engage stakeholders to develop and sustain customer-facing Service Catalog training.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of IT experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of IT experience
  • Full DoD Secret Clearance required at start date
  • Minimum eight years of quality assurance and process improvement experience
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a Service Catalog
  • Prior work experience in the National Capital Region
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
