What you'll do

What we're looking for
2-5 years experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in implementations or customer success.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and implementing necessary changes.
Experience in technical concepts such as SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Analytics, or Programming.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Superior communication skills, including listening and verbal abilities.
