Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of customer implementations to ensure timely delivery and meet expectations.
• Engage with customers to understand business needs and drive rapid time-to-value.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Train and empower customers to use Braze's platform efficiently through workshops and training sessions.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and roadmap.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology implementation or project management.
• Proven track record in managing fixed-length professional services and client implementations.
• Strong background in technical concepts such as SaaS, APIs, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Mobile, and Programming.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities within cross-functional teams.
