What you'll do

Manage daily operations and integration across the Flight Systems Team within the Sentinel program.
Facilitate Agile/Program Increment planning and act as Scrum of Scrums Master when needed.
Ensure compliance with program processes and procedures, implementing necessary improvements.
Coordinate schedules and provide liaison assistance between interfacing Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Evaluate and report health metrics for IPTs to monitor project progress and address issues.
Prepare executive and customer presentations by coordinating and managing key program events.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
Active DoD Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
Proven leadership in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in planning, scheduling, and risk management for complex programs.
Ability to develop and brief communication content effectively.
Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies.
On-site work capability in Roy, UT.
