  • Must have or obtain DoD Secret security clearance with SAP access within 6 years.
  • At least 6 years of experience leading projects and driving performance against schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, including performance management and career development.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles and application.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels.
