As a Senior Threat Advisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor for Managed Detection and Response customers, guiding them through onboarding, ongoing service delivery, endpoint protection, threat detection, incident response, and recovery. You will own the MDR service for assigned customers by partnering with internal teams to manage initiatives, configure the Singularity Platform, and define escalation policies. Your daily work involves reviewing operational metrics, briefing customers on emerging threats, and supporting Proof of Concept engagements. The role requires expertise in security operations, including SOC operations, incident investigation, malware analysis, threat hunting, and threat intelligence. You must possess a deep understanding of the current threat landscape and common attacker TTPs while demonstrating excellent communication skills to manage complex customer escalations and provide actionable recommendations to reduce risk within the cybersecurity domain.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage the MDR service delivery for assigned customers across all initiatives.
  • Guide customers through onboarding by defining platform configurations, endpoint policies, and response protocols.
  • Review operational metrics and trends to provide customers with actionable advice on emerging threats.
  • Recommend corrective actions to clients to mitigate security risks and improve their posture.
  • Support Proof of Concept engagements for prospective customers and represent MDR services at industry events.
  • Translate customer and prospect feedback into continuous improvements for the internal MDR service.
  • Stay current on the threat landscape through rotations with analysts, investigators, and engineers.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, monitoring, incident response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence.
  • A strong background in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence.
  • Solid understanding of the current threat landscape, including common attacker TTPs and prominent threat actor groups.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex customer escalations and collaborating across internal teams to drive resolution.
