What you'll do
Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of application security programs and assurance activities.
Lead cross-functional project management efforts, including scope definition, timelines, and resource coordination.
Translate technical security findings into business-relevant insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Support organizational change management by engaging stakeholders, providing training, and improving security awareness.
Monitor and report on program performance, including testing coverage, risk posture, and remediation progress.
Facilitate communication and alignment between application teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
What we're looking for
At least 4 years of experience in business systems data or equivalent project management roles
Strong program management skills with expertise in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
Deep knowledge of the application security lifecycle including planning, execution, and reporting
Experience managing cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams and applications
Ability to interpret technical findings and communicate business risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and audit expectations for application security programs
Proficient in defining or improving operational processes and service delivery models
