What you'll do

  • Lead hardware product development and integration for high-performance autonomous platforms.
  • Drive design for manufacturability, supplier engagement, and hand-off to manufacturing teams.
  • Manage prototype builds, system-level validation, and reliability testing for mission-critical systems.
  • Own risk management and schedule execution for hardware deliverables, ensuring disciplined project progress.
  • Support field deployments and test events to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years experience in hardware product development and system integration.
  • Proven track record of taking electromechanical systems from prototype to production.
  • Strong technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering domains.
  • Deep familiarity with manufacturing processes, DFM/DFA, BOM management.
  • Experience with qualification, reliability, and environmental testing (MIL-STD preferred).
  • Hands-on experience on build floors and at test events; not just in meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related field.
