What you'll do

  • Manage the planning function for the organization including roadmaps, forecasts, budgets, and headcount.
  • Drive complex technical programs end-to-end by aligning cross-functional teams and removing delivery blockers.
  • Translate high-level strategy into prioritized roadmaps, execution plans, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
  • Manage program health by establishing metrics, tracking risks/dependencies, and providing executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, vendor spend, and capacity planning in partnership with Finance and Engineering teams.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and partner teams to drive alignment and accountability without direct authority.
  • Resolve complex delivery challenges by bringing structure to ambiguous work and identifying root causes.
  • Improve program execution and delivery predictability through data-driven analysis and process optimization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale technical programs from inception through delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building roadmaps and managing priorities across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Ability to manage program budgets, forecasts, headcount, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in executive communication using concise, data-driven insights regarding status, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical and analytical acumen to assess complexity and identify delivery risks.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles, release management, testing, and operational readiness (preferred); global coordination of multi-location teams (preferred).
