Senior Technical Program Manager, Humanoid Robotics Operations

What you'll do

• Track daily to-dos and manage multiple active workstreams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collect requirements, define priorities, and identify critical roadblocks for research and engineering teams.
• Manage end-to-end data workflows including collection planning, vendor coordination, and ML pipeline integration.
• Coordinate with external hardware partners to align project timelines and integration efforts.
• Communicate status updates and technical trade-offs clearly to both technical collaborators and leadership.
• Manage the procurement, maintenance, and operation of lab equipment and facilities.
• Facilitate communication between domestic and international partner companies in English and Mandarin.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 6+ years of experience in program or project management roles in AI, robotics, or hardware-software cross-functional environments.
• 8+ years of previous engineering experience, ideally in AI, robotics, or machine learning related fields.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin for communication with domestic and international partners.
• Hands-on coding experience with familiarity in Python and related ML/AI frameworks.
• Ability to manage 10+ project threads simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Experience coordinating with robotics hardware vendors, contractors, or manufacturing partners (preferred).
• Strong technical background with an understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics concepts (preferred).
