What you'll do

  • Translate mission and integration requirements from partner business lines into the platform roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with internal teams to track programs and resolve bottlenecks in provisioning pipelines.
  • Represent cross-functional priorities during planning while communicating technical constraints and trade-offs back to leadership.
  • Establish and manage a process for triaging and resolving cross-business-line requests before they escalate.
  • Partner with engineering leads to scope and sequence work that supports multiple business lines without fragmenting the platform.
  • Identify conflicting requirements between teams and lead the necessary conversations to reach final decisions.
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies across all involved organizations.
  • Travel to program sites to observe how the platform is used in real-world environments.

What we're looking for

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, technical product manager, or engineer in a hardware or software product company.
  • Proven track record managing stakeholder relationships between platform/infrastructure teams and dependent product teams or business lines.
  • Solid technical aptitude to read system architecture and engage effectively with engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for navigating both engineering details and business priorities.
  • Experience driving cross-team roadmap tradeoffs to a final decision.
  • Experience supporting defense, autonomy, or robotics programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ground maneuver systems, tactical networking/comms, C2 systems, or OS-level software fielding (preferred); Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering (preferred).
