Senior Technical Product Manager, Master Data Management (MDM)

What you'll do

• Drive the delivery and adoption of the Master Data Management roadmap to improve trusted customer and merchant data.
• Manage the product backlog by defining epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including data contracts and integration requirements for engineering teams.
• Operationalize master data capabilities by integrating them into business workflows, CRM platforms, and analytics solutions.
• Champion enterprise data quality and governance by linking stewardship processes to measurable business value.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators such as data quality scores, duplicate reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Lead Agile delivery execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement practices.
• Communicate roadmap updates and project status to stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive leadership teams.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, product ownership, Master Data Management, or enterprise data delivery.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts including golden records, entity resolution, survivorship, and data quality.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements, data specifications, and integration plans.
• Experience managing Agile delivery practices including backlog grooming, sprint execution, and release planning.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns like APIs, REST services, and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data profiling, validation, and matching logic for trusted enterprise data.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build alignment across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Reltio, cloud ecosystems (Snowflake, AWS, Azure), or financial services regulations (preferred).
