Senior Tech Operations Vendor Management Manager

What you'll do

• Lead governance, risk, and performance oversight of third-party technology vendors for core infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end vendor lifecycle management including selection, onboarding, renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards across all vendors.
• Drive vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and issue remediation efforts.
• Manage escalations and incidents involving key third-party vendors to maintain service integrity.

What we're looking for

• At least 7 years of Technology Operations experience or equivalent
• Over 5 years in vendor management/third-party governance roles
• Minimum 2 years in a direct management role
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing hybrid workforce models including vendors and contractors
• Proven ability to design and implement operational controls and governance models
• Familiarity with Wells Fargo’s supply chain, contract, and financial approval processes
