What you'll do

Apply systems thinking to complex Sim core issues by breaking down problems into actionable workstreams.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in technical operations or related data-driven roles
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives without formal authority
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
Ability to independently investigate simulation issues and drive quality improvements
Experience defining, tracking, and improving quality metrics through analytical mindset
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across various levels
