What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in systems engineering, solutions architecture, integration engineering, technical program management, forward-deployed engineering, or model-based systems engineering.
Experience as a technical lead for an external engineering team or owner of a developer-facing platform surface.
Demonstrated ability to conduct technical working sessions, document decisions, and track commitments across organizations.
Ability to author reference architectures and integration guides (writing sample required).
Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively to both engineering teams and senior military stakeholders.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Experience in DoD delivery, defense primes, developer experience work, or specific domain fluency is preferred.
