What you'll do

Manage and evolve enterprise identity provider infrastructure using Okta including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
Oversee identity governance processes in SailPoint and lead quarterly user access reviews to ensure compliance.
Administer multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP by managing RBAC roles and IAM policies.
Architect and manage Zero Trust network security platforms including Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect and Prisma Access.
Administer corporate SaaS and developer platforms such as Google Workspace, GitHub Enterprise, and Workato.
Automate recurring manual tasks in identity and cloud workflows using Python, shell scripts, or Okta Workflows.
Collect technical evidence for audits and enforce least-privilege access patterns to meet FedRAMP and SOC 2 standards.
Create and maintain detailed runbooks and architecture documentation to eliminate reliance on tribal knowledge.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in systems, identity, or cloud engineering, preferably in a fast-moving tech or SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IdP administration using Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
Proficiency in authentication protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
Experience with identity governance tools such as SailPoint or Saviynt for account correlation and access reviews.
Multi-cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP involving IAM, RBAC, and network security controls.
Experience administering Palo Alto Networks solutions (GlobalProtect, Panorama, Prisma Access) and managing SaaS platforms like Google Workspace.
Proficiency in automation via GitOps/IaC workflows and scripting in Python or shell; relevant certifications are preferred.
Bachelor's Degree.
