What you'll do

Manage system upgrades, customizations, and interoperability among records management systems.
Oversee cybersecurity measures and maintain data integrity standards for all platforms.
Conduct system design audits to provide resource solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Develop and execute training programs for law enforcement and civilian personnel.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide users and support ongoing system maintenance.
Establish data usage, retention, and privacy policies in coordination with the Privacy Officer.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence to ensure SLA compliance.
Align system operations with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess an active Secret security clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related field is required.
Proven ability to perform detailed analysis and systems designs is required.
High level of technical documentation writing skills is required.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are required.
ITIL or Security+ Certification (preferred).
