What you'll do

Define and own system-level requirements for suspension features from concept through production.
Develop System Technical Specifications, FMEAs, and validation plans to ensure safety and reliability.
Lead execution activities including timing alignment, issue resolution, and change management throughout development.
Guide requirement confirmation through analysis, simulation, and physical testing across various levels.
Escalate system issues in technical reviews and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in suspension systems software design and calibration.
Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive vehicle dynamics systems, focusing on chassis or suspension controls.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, chassis controls, calibrations, and integration techniques.
Experience using embedded controls and requirement development tools like DOORS, dNG, MATLAB, CarSim, INCA, CAN.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Valid driver’s license with ability to operate test vehicles and willingness to travel internationally.
