What you'll do

  • Define and own system-level requirements for suspension features from concept through production.
  • Develop System Technical Specifications, FMEAs, and validation plans to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Lead execution activities including timing alignment, issue resolution, and change management throughout development.
  • Guide requirement confirmation through analysis, simulation, and physical testing across various levels.
  • Escalate system issues in technical reviews and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in suspension systems software design and calibration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive vehicle dynamics systems, focusing on chassis or suspension controls.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, chassis controls, calibrations, and integration techniques.
  • Experience using embedded controls and requirement development tools like DOORS, dNG, MATLAB, CarSim, INCA, CAN.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to operate test vehicles and willingness to travel internationally.
