What you'll do

  • Monitor performance and capacity of end-to-end IT computer systems using specialized software tools.
  • Triage hardware, software, and environmental faults, alerts, or malfunctions to provide rapid resolution.
  • Provide 24/7 operational support to customers and users in the field and worldwide.
  • Utilize SolarWinds, Splunk, and Wireshark to monitor network connectivity and infrastructure status.
  • Perform real-time and post-event analysis on key mission capabilities and provide feedback to customers.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly functional checks on systems and critical hardware.
  • Support Configuration Management functions, including incident and asset tracking, using BMC Remedy.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must currently possess a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Must possess DoD 8570 compliant certifications.
  • Must have 8+ years of directly related experience in IT or Network administration and support.
  • Must have experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or WireShark.
  • Must have working knowledge of critical physical infrastructure including HVAC, Power, and UPS.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows system administration and a networking background is preferred (preferred).
