What you'll do

Monitor performance and capacity of end-to-end IT systems using specialized tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, and Wireshark.
Triage hardware, software, and environmental faults to provide real-time resolution for the user community.
Serve as a first responder for all site issues across a multi-location enterprise.
Perform routine functional checks and inspections on critical hardware and infrastructure components.
Provide 24/7 technical support to customers and users in the field and at satellite ground stations.
Support engineering staff with testing and validation of new software releases and network connections.
Manage configuration management tasks, including incident tracking and asset management via BMC Remedy.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) documentation.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret clearance or be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI.
Must have 8 or more years of experience in IT and network administration and support.
Must hold DoD 8570 compliant certifications.
Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or WireShark is required.
Must have working knowledge of critical physical infrastructure including HVAC, Power, and UPS systems.
Experience with Linux and Windows system administration and a networking background are preferred.
US Citizenship.
