What you'll do

• Leads identification and resolution of anomalies in data to support decision-making.
• Implements cross-functional process improvements using standard procedures.
• Manages moderately complex supply chain projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Identifies operational risks and partners with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Monitors supplier performance and compliance, ensuring adherence to standards.

What we're looking for

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proven ability to manage moderately complex supply chain projects and ensure project milestones are met.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools and dashboards for decision-making.
• Strong skills in process improvement, root cause analysis, and documentation of best practices.
• Capability to identify and mitigate operational risks and contribute to risk response protocols.
• Hands-on experience managing supplier performance and compliance across various vendors.
