What you'll do

  • Partner with engineering and architecture leads to make technical decisions on scalable, secure identity services.

What we're looking for

  • Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of identity, authentication, and security concepts including SSO, MFA, ID Proofing, and industry standards like OAuth and FIDO.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing world-class platform products in a large-scale SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable technical depth to partner with engineering leads on SaaS architecture, API design, and technical trade-offs.
  • Experience using data tools like SQL or PowerBI to define KPIs and make data-driven decisions based on user telemetry and A/B testing.
  • Experience identifying and integrating AI/ML capabilities into products to solve customer problems or improve efficiency.
  • Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and MVP definition to go-to-market strategy and scaling.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
