What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to increase delivery velocity and unlock new capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and solve complex problems across multiple enterprise domains.
Develop and execute technical software development strategies for various systems and technologies.
Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of all engineered solutions.
Mentor and coach engineers to strengthen the technical expertise of the product community.
Influence and educate executive leadership on technical initiatives and outcomes.
Analyze costs and forecast requirements to incorporate them into business plans.
Improve processes and share best practices across multiple engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
10+ years of professional software development experience within a Java framework (Spring).
8+ years of experience with architecture and design.
6+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
Fluency and specialization in at least two modern languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C# including object-oriented design.
Experience with microservices oriented architecture, extensible REST APIs, and DevOps concepts including Cloud Architecture and Azure DevOps.
Track-record of publications history in credible conferences and journals (preferred).
