What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of proven experience architecting and managing Exchange Server (on-prem & SE), hybrid/Exchange Online (O365), Public Folders, SMTP, Active Directory, and Azure integrations.
Deep knowledge of Exchange architecture, including DAGs (Database Availability Groups) and hybrid configurations.
Ability to architect, implement, and operate highly available messaging solutions using Azure services, SMTP relays, and IMAP.
Experience implementing encryption, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and anti-virus/anti-spam protections.
Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams across organizational boundaries and geographies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading large-scale messaging platforms and driving resolution for critical severity issues (preferred).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation is crucial; Python scripting is a plus (preferred).
