What you'll do

Troubleshoot unit, module, and board failures to the component level for analog, digital, and RF circuits.
Monitor daily factory yields and investigate failures to determine and implement corrective actions.
Select and qualify alternative components or redesign circuits to mitigate component shortages and obsolescence.
Design and conduct engineering experiments using simulation tools and lab equipment to improve product quality.
Lead investigations and provide technical guidance to junior staff to meet production targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturability, testability, and other DFx requirements for volume production.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot prototypes to ensure successful new product launches.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s EE degree with 6 years of experience, a Graduate degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Experience in hardware troubleshooting to the component level for analog and digital circuits.
Ability to design and conduct engineering experiments and analyze circuits using simulation tools.
Experience leading small technical design or troubleshooting teams to meet target yields and shipments.
Proficiency using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum and network analyzers, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
Experience with tactical radios (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
