Senior Software Engineering Manager - CRM

What you'll do

• Leads teams to design, develop, verify, and deliver post-market support for implantable embedded software.
• Develops strategic staffing plans to ensure organizational scalability and operational continuity.
• Sets team and individual goals aligned with key business outcomes and monitors progress quarterly.
• Evaluates personnel performance and provides feedback to enhance technical leadership and career growth.
• Establishes processes and best practices through design control systems, considering both internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 7 years of work experience in STEM fields, or an advanced degree with 5 years of technical and managerial experience.
• Proven ability to develop and evaluate personnel for efficient team operation.
• Experience in embedded design and regulatory compliance, especially post-market medical device software.
• Strong skills in complex software ecosystems, particularly IoT systems.
• Demonstrated capability in using tools like Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
