What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in developing distributed services
Proficient in .NET; familiarity with Rust, Java, Golang, Python, Node.JS beneficial
Expertise in authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including leadership, product managers, service owners
Experience making data-driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights
