What you'll do

  • Build, test, and engineer API applications and distributed systems including microservices-based platforms.
  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for high-performing cloud-native designs.
  • Perform in-depth performance and resiliency analysis across core transaction systems and data processing pipelines.
  • Design and develop complex software applications and subsystems for multiple divisional initiatives.
  • Support all phases of testing, including user acceptance testing and post-installation problem resolution.
  • Develop decoupled, event-driven systems using message brokers and large-scale data streaming solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for applications supporting various corporate initiatives.
  • Establish project plans and perform independent technical and functional analysis for complex assignments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field and experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • Experience developing enterprise Web applications in a financial services environment.
  • Expertise developing highly available, scalable, and secure solutions using Micro Services architecture, LWC Framework, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Expertise designing end-to-end enterprise applications using Java, JavaScript, or NodeJS on Cloud-based distributed platforms.
  • Expertise performing capability-oriented design and maintenance of financial services applications using Java, Spring batch applications, or REST APIs.
  • Expertise building decoupled, event-driven systems using message brokers like Amazon SNS and SQS.
  • Expertise implementing large-scale data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka, Flink, and Amazon Kinesis.
