What you'll do
Lead design and development of new and existing features for applications.
Ensure application solutions meet quality attributes like performance and fault tolerance.
Design, code, test, maintain, and document software using agreed standards.
Mentor Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers in technical skills.
Evaluate and implement new product releases, ensuring compliance with standards.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in software development and deployment with Navilink C#, SQL Server backend, and batch server operations.
Expertise in Agile methodology, including participation in team syncs, backlog refinement, iteration planning, and retrospectives.
Proficiency in source control systems, branch/merge strategies, and release management best practices.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, file transfers, message queues, and API gateways.
IT support experience within insurance or healthcare industries, handling PII and PHI data privacy requirements.
Experience managing software supported by multiple concurrent teams and implementing change management processes.
