Lead AI Software Engineer, Investments Technology

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade agentic AI systems for the investment lifecycle.
• Architect and operationalize autonomous AI agents that interact with proprietary financial data and enterprise systems.
• Define technical standards, architectural patterns, and governance frameworks to scale AI across the global platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop agent-driven workflows that automate complex processes and generate insights.
• Establish and enforce best practices for AI development, continuous integration, and code quality.
• Oversee projects involving agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and real-time, data-driven automation.
• Manage technical debt and drive ongoing improvements in AI platforms and infrastructure.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technology solutions that drive measurable value.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive professional development experience in object-oriented languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in architecting cloud-native solutions using AWS or Azure and containerized microservices.
• Proven ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agent-based systems in production (preferred).
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, agent orchestration, and financial markets (preferred).
