What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CDK, or Cloudformation.
  • Experience building internal tooling from scratch using agile development techniques.
  • Strong software design, architecture skills, and a fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with on-call, incident management, and observability monitoring tools like Datadog or Sumologic.
  • Experience supporting SaaS software in a microservice-oriented cloud environment.
  • Preferred experience with service mesh, full stack development, and leveraging LLM/GenAI for SRE efficiency.
