What we're looking for

You have 7-10 years of software engineering experience with a track record of success.
You deliver performant, well-tested, maintainable code with well-abstracted interfaces and clear separation of concerns.
You are proficient at designing, building, and supporting platform APIs while understanding customer needs and constraints.
You provide technical leadership through high-quality code, documentation, and effective prioritization.
You make high-quality, user-centric product decisions with a strong focus on the customer.
You mentor peers and purposefully invest in the growth of junior engineers.
You systematically evaluate tradeoffs to make informed decisions and influence others through clear articulation.
You have a Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent skills and work experience (preferred).
