What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Experience designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems.
Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP), container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), and Microservices.
Solid understanding of applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning (including LLMs), NLP, and running ML tasks on cloud compute.
Expertise in tuning, profiling, and optimizing applications in polyglot settings using Java, Rust, or Swift on Server.
Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with privacy-enabling technologies, mentoring junior engineers, monitoring performance/drift/SLOs, and strong communication skills (preferred).
