As a Senior Software Engineer on Anduril’s Imaging team, you will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation imaging systems for critical security applications. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of professional experience in C++, Linux-based software development, and low-latency/high-throughput systems on Linux. Familiarity with Nix/NixOS, graphics programming, and image processing is preferred, as well as an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

What you'll do

Implement and deploy core real-time image processing software for infrared imaging systems.
Develop real-time, high-bandwidth processing pipelines using C++ and/or CUDA.
Define and implement test and simulation environments for hardware-in-the-loop methodologies.
Configure Linux-based operating systems and become an expert in NixOS for embedded systems.
Support end-to-end system delivery from design to manufacturing and deployment.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional C++ software development experience
Experience with Linux-based systems and low-latency, high-throughput software development
Proficiency in testing and debugging firmware on hardware platforms
Knowledge of networking, security, and distributed systems fundamentals
Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and frameworks
Strong communication skills and ability to produce detailed technical documentation
Active U.S. Secret security clearance required
