What you'll do

Develop scalable, robust software that interacts with networking devices and managed networks.
Design and implement software interfaces for stores management systems (SMS) to control mission payloads.
Architect APIs and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) using HTTP, REST, and gRPC for distributed system integration.
Build and optimize low-level data transport layers over UDP and TCP in constrained environments.
Write code that interfaces directly with hardware, bridging embedded devices and sensors with autonomy software.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade software in C++ and/or Rust.
Experience designing and implementing software APIs using HTTP, REST, and gRPC.
Solid understanding of low-level data transport layers (UDP and TCP).
Direct experience with stores management systems (SMS) or similar payload release systems.
Ability to interface directly with hardware for embedded devices and sensors.
Must be eligible for a US security clearance.
