As a Senior Software Engineer on Autodesk’s Data Platform team, you will design and build scalable APIs, microservices, and streaming systems that power analytics and real-time insights for thousands of users across the company. Your day-to-day involves developing backend services in Go, Java, or Python, architecting distributed systems, and implementing control-plane services using Kafka and Flink. You’ll also contribute to full-stack capabilities when necessary, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance while driving performance optimization and system efficiency. This role requires expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, CI/CD practices, and modern tooling for engineering productivity, as well as a strong ownership mindset and the ability to mentor fellow engineers.
