Senior Software Engineer, Java/Spring Boot

What you'll do

• Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technologies.
• Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality code for the lending technology platform.
• Maintain and debug software systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Create technical and procedural documentation required for software projects.
• Manage risks associated with business objectives to ensure compliance with enterprise risk frameworks.
• Develop customized customer solutions based on identified user needs and satisfaction goals.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience in application delivery processes, design, architecture, and development tools is required.
• Proficiency in application testing and the system development life cycle is required.
• Skills in technical troubleshooting and technical writing/documentation are required.
• Ability to perform packaged application integration is required.
• Certifications are often desired (preferred).
