Experience designing and shipping distributed systems and integrations across multiple services, teams, or external partners in production environments.
Strong proficiency with backend technologies like Ruby/Rails, Python, or Go, along with relational databases, distributed data systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Track record of producing durable technical artifacts such as ERDs, design docs, runbooks, and reusable patterns.
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments with maturing partner roadmaps and integration commitments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Direct domain experience in commerce platforms, omnichannel retail, OMS, POS, catering systems, or connected-store technology (preferred).
