What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack services and interfaces using Go/Java and React.
Drive technical design and architectural decisions for frontend user interfaces and backend distributed services.
Define technical scope and navigate trade-offs for complex logistics features with Product and Design teams.
Identify technical debt and scale bottlenecks to influence the long-term technical roadmap.
Mentor engineers across levels and conduct rigorous design and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-layer production issues across frontend and backend systems.
Advocate for best practices in testing, security, code maintainability, and deployment pipelines.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
At least 2 years of experience working across both backend and frontend systems.
Strong coding skills in backend languages (Go, Java, Python, or C++) and frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS).
Experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications integrated with APIs.
Deep understanding of web performance, API design, and data modeling.
Experience with testing practices across backend and frontend (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, databases (MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle), and the logistics industry (preferred).
