What you'll do

What we're looking for

You must have at least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
You must have hands-on experience delivering GenAI-powered services and RAG-style workflows.
You must have senior-level experience building and operating large-scale backend or platform services.
You must possess a practical understanding of GenAI production concerns including evaluation, quality, observability, safety, and cost.
You must have hands-on expertise in backend services and API design.
You must have production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MongoDB Atlas.
You must be able to provide technical leadership and influence platform adoption through clear communication.
