What you'll do

Own the long-term software architecture for customer terminals across the full embedded stack.
Define architectural patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability for product generations.
Drive hardware/software co-design decisions regarding SoC selection, RF integration, and power management.
Lead the delivery of mission-critical embedded software for high-volume consumer devices.
Define best practices for the software development lifecycle including design, testing, and operations.
Resolve cross-cutting architectural challenges and define interfaces between various subsystems.
Manage OTA updates, fleet observability, and lifecycle management for global devices.

What we're looking for

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
