This senior software engineer role within a dynamic and innovative team focuses on leading architecture discussions and developing complex design specifications to ensure performance, security, and compliance in large-scale IT environments. What you'll do

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field and at least 2 years of technical experience in software or network engineering.
Hands-on experience supporting complex IT environments with expertise in system and service management challenges.
Experience operating in large distributed or air-gapped environments, focusing on reliability, security, and compliance.
Ability to lead architecture discussions and develop design specifications meeting performance, security, and compliance requirements.
Recent hands-on experience with Azure or equivalent hyperscale cloud technologies.
Proven ability to build consensus and influence across teams for common goal achievement.
