Senior Software Engineer, Cryptographic Asset Monitoring

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs that meet high standards for reliability and performance.
• Write resilient, well-tested, and observable code for production environments.
• Design and maintain data models, storage systems, and integrations to support growing usage.
• Instrument services with logging, metrics, and tracing to support monitoring and fast incident response.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews while mentoring other engineers on engineering quality.
• Translate requirements from cross-functional stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain shared system context to enable AI agents to operate accurately and reliably.

What we're looking for

• You must have 6+ years of professional software development experience owning production systems end-to-end.
• You must have strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Java, Python, or Rust.
• You must have experience with distributed systems, RESTful or gRPC services, and database design.
• You must have experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• You must have a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and modern software delivery workflows.
• You must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• You must demonstrate a genuine AI-first approach, including experience with tools like GitHub Copilot and advanced prompt engineering.
• You should have experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability tooling (preferred).
