What you'll do

Design and optimize AI-driven prompt engineering to enhance personalized support experiences for high-value customers.
Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement in technical quality and cross-functional collaboration.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure the reliability of routing infrastructure serving millions of users.

What we're looking for

6+ years of software development experience in service-oriented architectures and backend systems.
Expertise in workflow optimization, scalable architecture, and AI/LLM-driven scenarios.
Proficiency in designing and iterating on prompt engineering for AI capabilities.
Experience with RAG patterns, memory routing, and agent planning.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Passion for agile development, system optimization, and team productivity.
