Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop web applications and AI systems integrating LLMs, Computer Vision, and multimodal technologies.
• Architect data pipelines and reverse ETL systems to resolve item discrepancies using real-time data signals.
• Standardize API contracts for complex retail functions like pricing, coupons, and loyalty systems across disparate platforms.
• Design backend systems and distributed infrastructure to process high volumes of data for millions of customers.
• Build internal portals and frameworks for automated integration testing, unified logging, and query-based debugging.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to unify development approaches and improve customer shopping experiences.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
• 5 years of experience with backend programming languages such as Java, Ruby, or Kotlin.
• 5 years of experience with frontend technologies including TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• 5 years of experience with advanced AI systems like LLMs, Computer Vision, and multimodal technologies.
• 5 years of experience designing resilient backend systems and distributed infrastructure using caching and workflow orchestration platforms like Temporal.
• 5 years of experience architecting data pipelines and ETL systems for real-time data processing.
• 5 years of experience working with backend APIs and monitoring/observability tools.
