What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of custom AI solutions to enhance internal team workflows.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of enterprise-grade systems implementation or IT consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of AI application in workflows to support customers.
• Experience researching, designing, and implementing custom applications from marketplaces.
• Advanced degree (MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, business intelligence tools, and enterprise reporting practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills in large organizations.
• Proficient in leading complex projects and promoting operational excellence.
