Senior Software Engineer, Ads Creative Effectiveness

What you'll do

• Design and implement high-performance backends for ad creative generation and brand asset preservation.
• Develop end-to-end image and video editing engines with automated adherence to brand guidelines.
• Build scalable infrastructure to integrate ad performance data into the generative content flywheel.
• Optimize model orchestration for high-concurrency inference, low latency, and cost-efficient scaling.
• Create mission-critical middleware for content filtering and safety compliance.
• Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and integrations for the Ad Manager UI.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and establish standards for code quality and reliability.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience architecting and scaling distributed backend systems using Python or Go.
• Proven track record of designing robust microservices and APIs that are performant and extensible.
• Strong experience bridging the gap between ML models and production software, including LLM/VLM data pipelines.
• Experience optimizing infrastructure for real-time generative workflows and high-concurrency inference.
• Ability to translate complex advertiser needs into scalable technical roadmaps in partnership with Product teams.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
• Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers and conducting thorough design and code reviews.
• Proven experience building asset-heavy systems, such as automated image/video processing pipelines or content creation workflows.
