What you'll do

Enhance and operate Product Ads cloud infrastructures on Azure including advertiser-facing APIs.
Manage large-scale data ingestion and entity conflation systems for billions of daily entities.
Design, implement, and ship new features to enhance existing and new ad products.
Utilize Machine Learning and AI to detect and improve overall ad quality.
Optimize code and evolve architectures to maximize system performance while minimizing costs.
Analyze deep data insights to drive technical designs and feature roadmaps.
Work directly with customers to resolve escalations and manage live sites.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
At least 4 years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Preferred: Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience.
Preferred: 7+ years of software development experience shipping bug-free and performant code in C++, Java, or C#.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in online advertising, information retrieval, big data processing, or distributed systems.
Solid understanding of OOD, data structures, algorithms, machine learning, web crawling, and A/B testing.
Experience with technologies including .NET, NoSQL, Azure, Python, ClickHouse, or AKS.
Familiarity with the software development cycle and Agile practices.
